- Fuel
- Scheduled Maintenance
- Rigging
- Insurance
Other Details
- Mobilization charges apply for delivery of crane supported equipment
- Break Down Support – meaning 3 fully outfitted service truck with mechanic stationed in BIrmingham and Calera
- G&R covers equipment failure unless customer negligence
